¨ Developed a ‘Home Sales’ Wizard to assist Sales People in Selling Homes built by a local Home Builder. This system walks the user through all the steps, from picking the home site and house options, to adding contract addendum and pricing. The program used Remote Access Services (RAS) to dial into the Division Office and email contracts, database, document updates and new self-installing .exes’.
¨ Full cycle development and installation of a Data Replication System to maintain Corporate, Division, and Laptop Databases. This system was developed using VB 4.0, Access 7, Windows 95 and MAPI.
¨ Full cycle development and installation of a Contract Mail program, to manage incoming and outgoing emails at all District Offices. This system watched email messages, and loaded incoming emails into the Division or Corporate.
