¨       Facilitated a Developer's Forum presentation in Cincinnati , Houston , and Indianapolis to communicate Standards, Procedures, Methodologies, SourceSafe and Web Farm architecture and use.  Created development Standards & Procedures, and administered the SourceSafe database.

 

¨       Developed & supported a 'Toolkit' webpage designed to manage software development standards, procedures, and tools.  Created an ASP Code Generator wizard that automatically generates webpage code, including HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and encrypted database connectivity.

 

¨       Developed & supported a multi-project Security System which models user’s job roles and tasks.  This allows Tasks to be assigned to Roles, and Roles to be assigned to Users.

 

¨       Developed & supported a Project Management and Tracking website which also allows developers to enter status and time reporting.  Also wrote a VB DCOM ActiveX server to generate users Excel timesheets and mail them to data entry personnel, and developed a client-server VB app to scrape and paste work time into a mainframe time reporting system.

¨       Lead Software developer of an international, multi-million dollar foreign exchange, commodity, and equity trade monitoring system.  This system was designed to manage and track million dollar trade transactions for this 800 company, international organization.  Features include user-level security, email and an interface to Bank of America payment systems.

¨       Started Stotzer Software, Inc. to market a Code Server development tool that was created for storing code, files, and web shortcuts in a code library database.  Using Replication and Synchronization technology, the ‘Visual Code Server’ allows developers and consultants, who work in multiple locations (like: work; home; or client sites), to keep all of their code, and other data, up to date.

¨       Sr. Software Analyst/Engineer involved in development and deployment of a replicable construction bidding, tracking, and management system. Responsibilities included testing and bug fixes; creating an OLE Automation Archive Server; adding web ftp downloading capabilities; and writing a custom setup program to walk users through the complicated client and server installation process.

¨       Software Engineer, involved in design and development of five Remote OLE Automation Servers for backend processing in a Health Care Industry project.  These five reusable components were developed using VB 5.0 for the Remote Automation Server components, with late binding to allow plug-and-play of the separate components.

¨       Developed a ‘Home Sales’ Wizard to assist Sales People in Selling Homes built by a local Home Builder.  This system walks the user through all the steps, from picking the home site and house options, to adding contract addendum and pricing.  The program used Remote Access Services (RAS) to dial into the Division Office and email contracts, database, document updates and new self-installing .exes’.

 

¨       Full cycle development and installation of a Data Replication System to maintain Corporate, Division, and Laptop Databases.  This system was developed using VB 4.0, Access 7, Windows 95 and MAPI.

 

¨       Full cycle development and installation of a Contract Mail program, to manage incoming and outgoing emails at all District Offices.  This system watched email messages, and loaded incoming emails into the Division or Corporate.

¨       Performed Technical Interviews covering Visual Basic; SQL; SYBASE; SQL Server and MS Access.

 

¨       Participated in the development of a ‘Customer Workstation’ project; designed as a front-end to a mainframe CICS system.  This system automated customer credit card account maintenance.

 

¨       Developed & supported an Account Maintenance System in VB to automate the maintenance of accounts on a mainframe system.  This system was designed to read a Sybase table containing thousands of accounts and an associated ‘script’ name, and processes the script (instructions) to update the mainframe’s front-end CICS screens.  This system was designed to allow multiple instances of it to run on the same PC, each updating a separate emulator session.

 

¨       Participated in the design, development and installation of a ‘rule based’, intelligent Customer Retention project, designed to aid users in retaining customers who wish to close their credit card accounts.
